graceful without guilt

I hate it when people friend me on facebook only to advertise to me.  I don't care about your blog/book/album/website, and I avoid television in part because of advertising.  I hate it when people 'brand' themselves, and try to promote themselves to me.  It's so disingenuous and quite simply annoying.  Leave me alone, please.

We're going to see Gov't Mule tonight at Stubbs, and then Susan Tedeschi tomorrow at La Zona Rosa.  I'm very excited.

Thanks to being able to edit the privacy of all my posts at once, I've been able to change my journal over to friends only.  I'll probably still post some open entries, but for the most part they're going to be friends only now.  I apologize to anyone who reads my journal and isn't on livejournal.
